My AI says a clip’s media is offline
Short answer
Premiere Pro can’t find the file behind that clip, usually because it was moved, renamed, or is on a drive that isn’t connected. Reconnect the file in Premiere Pro, then ask your AI to try again.
What you see
Media for "Interview A" is offlinein your AI app, with your clip’s name
Fix it
Connect the drive or put the file back. If the footage lives on an external drive, plug it in.
Relink the clip in Premiere Pro. Premiere Pro marks missing clips as offline in the Project panel. Link them to the files again, the same way you would without Cuddle.
Ask your AI to try again.
