These terms apply to Cuddle and this website, both provided by Next Media, LLC ("we" or "us"). By using Cuddle or this website, you agree to these terms.

Your projects

Your media and Premiere Pro projects stay yours. Cuddle makes changes to your projects when you or your AI tool ask it to. You are responsible for reviewing those changes and keeping backups of your work.

Other services

Cuddle works with Adobe Premiere Pro and with AI tools from other companies. Your use of those products is governed by their own terms. Cuddle is not affiliated with or endorsed by Adobe.

Acceptable use

Don't use Cuddle or this website to break the law, to harm others, or to interfere with the service.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what Cuddle collects and how to turn it off.

No warranty

Cuddle and this website are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We don't promise that Cuddle will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, projects, or profits, arising from your use of Cuddle or this website.

Age

Cuddle is not intended for children under 13.
