The installer says something is missing

Short answer

Before it installs, Cuddle checks your Mac and lists anything missing on the first screen. Fix the item it names, then click Check Again.

Match the message

  • Adobe plugin installer: install or update Creative Cloud Desktop. It includes the tool Cuddle uses to add its plugin to Premiere Pro.
  • Adobe Premiere Pro 26.5.0 or newer: update Premiere Pro in the Creative Cloud app.
  • macOS 14 or newer: update macOS in System Settings › General › Software Update.
  • Cuddle installation files: the download is incomplete. Download Cuddle again.
