Question · Editing
Which effects can my AI use?
Short answer
Your AI can add Premiere Pro’s video and audio effects, like Lumetri Color, Gaussian Blur, or Transform, change their settings, and keyframe them. It can also add video transitions, reframe shots, and add adjustment layers.
What your AI can do
- Add, adjust, and remove video and audio effects, like Crop, Gaussian Blur, Horizontal Flip, or Drop Shadow, including third-party ones Premiere Pro lists
- Adjust Lumetri Color settings, like exposure, contrast, and temperature
- Change a clip’s opacity, or fade it with keyframes
- Keyframe effect settings over time
- Add and remove video transitions between clips
- Reframe a shot with position, scale, and rotation, such as punching in on a speaker
- Add an adjustment layer above a clip or over a stretch of the timeline
Camera LUTs
Your AI can give clips the same camera LUT that another clip already has. Set the Input LUT on one clip yourself in Premiere Pro, under Modify › Interpret Footage, then ask your AI to apply it to the others. An Input LUT belongs to the clip in your project, so it changes every use of that clip.
Effect presets
Premiere Pro doesn’t let plugins apply saved effect presets. Instead, write the settings out in plain words, or put them in one of your own skills so your AI can apply them every time.
